Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you to ensure a personalized experience. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings and will be applied toward your service. Kindly provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Deposits are non-refundable in the event of late cancellations or missed appointments.
